With so many pro-life organizations already in existence and working hard to eliminate the injustice of abortion, it is fair to wonder, Why do we need another?. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of pro-life websites online. Why Abort73? These, we believe, are our distinctives.
1. AIM - Simply put, we are out to educate young people about the injustice of abortion through a comprehensive and engaging website. The world wide web is a huge equalizer in the realm of information distribution, but it has never been fully tapped in the fight against abortion. Were not using our website to educate people about an organization, a project, or an event. Were focusing squarely on abortion itself, presenting the facts point by point, utilizing the unique format of the internet, believing that a well structured website can be the single most effective way to educate a huge cross section of young people about abortion.
2. CONTENT - Our website is a mixture of dynamic content and solid textual support. It is structured to be as engaging for the junior higher as it is for the collegian, as insightful for the novice as it is for the well-informed. The backbone of Abort73 is a thorough, point-by-point examination of all the pertinent evidence regarding abortion, so that students can examine at great depth or browse the main arguments without having to go from website to website.
3. DESIGN - For better or worse, we are a culture that judges books by the cover. Credibility is given or withheld based on the look, and this is especially true for young people (the ones were out to reach). Weve gone to great lengths to create a website that will not be written off for shoddy design. No matter how good the information, an ugly or boring website guarantees that very few people will ever find it.
4. ORGANIZATION - Lack of organization, like bad design, renders countless websites all but useless. If you cant find what youre looking for, or if you dont know where to go, whats the use? Abort73 offers nearly 200 pages of content, carefully organized into manageable sections with clear direction for getting through or going deeper. Whether someone is brand new to the abortion debate or whether theyre looking for something very specific, we have the infrastructure to help them on their way.

Standing on the brink of the twenty-first century, this noble experiment called the United States of America finds itself at a monumental crossroads. At stake is the very heart of our existence. The pending threat is not technological nor ecological but ideological, for we the people of the United States have the unenviable position of upholding a society whose very foundation we have systematically destroyed. The problem we face is that the laws of this land are rooted in such outdated notions as right and wrong, good and bad, and a belief that life is sacred. Though scholars may pretend otherwise, such noble principles categorically cease to exist in the dehumanizing wake of evolution. It is evolutionary principle, in fact, which threatens us most. All external marks of violence and corruption are mere outpourings of the ideological virus which lurks invisibly under the skin of our great nation.
The most foundational document in this countrys establishment is built on the premise that all men are created equal. While we still hold the Declarations conclusion to be true (men are equal), we have almost completely rejected the mechanism (men are created). The creation clause has yet to be formally pulled from the Declaration of Independence, but it has certainly been excised from the curriculum of our culture. Though many will blithely maintain that omitting the doctrine can be accomplished without compromising the concept of equality, they are gravely mistaken. The fact remains, if the foundation goes, so goes the whole house. The question of origins, while ostensibly rooted in science, is actually the single most...

Killing babies is a lucrative business. Saving them is expensive. This is both our obstacle and our opportunity. God has given His people the unique privilege of investing time and money, in a service of love, for dying unborn children, children who will never be able to thank us or repay us. Our only reward in this life may be the scorn and ridicule of a pro-choice populace. What an opportunity to give evidence to the watching world that we are not living and spending for this life only.
Loxafamosity began raising funds in July of last year, and by the start of 2005, we had received $15,291 in total donations. Of that money, approximately $4000 went into new computer hardware, $550 went into computer software, $1300 into video equipment, $250 into web hosting and registration, $1400 into mailing materials and supplies, $4500 into Abort73 merchandise, and $500 into advertising. To date, Loxafamosity has paid $0 in employee salaries. That needs to change in 2005 if we ever want to be able to invest enough man hours to have a significant national impact.
Loxafamosity is after big donors, those who can put us on the map with one check, but were also after the smaller donor, whose faithful giving adds up mightily over time. To that end we are implementing a new giving program called $20 x 12 / 2005.
